Meet the Founder
Jaime Alberti, MPA
With over 25 years of experience in law enforcement, school security, and emergency management, Jaime Alberti has dedicated his career to law enforcement, school safety, and emergency management operations by raising expectations, improving processes, teaching and developing others.
For more than 20 years, Jaime has served his community through a distinguished career in Florida law enforcement. Over the past decade, he has specialized in school security, leading proactive safety initiatives in two of the nation’s largest school districts in Orange and Broward Counties.
He founded Vigilont with the vision to provide all educational institutions better employee safety training and to support businesses who create school safety products.
